CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits and payments are non-refundable (unless you find a replacement or I am able to fill your spot at least 2 months in advance in which case the payment will be refunded less the first $500) There is possibility of the retreat center offering you some credit to stay there in the future and possibility of me putting that money towards another retreat of mine if you are able to give 2 months notice. Unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Please know that I will do my best to accommodate your needs and also please be considerate of me as well. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early. Renée cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations. Please also consider: all itineraries are subject to change due to weather, excursions and delays.
