Renée Guay (Reina) knows what it's like to stand at the edge of visibility, feeling the pull to share your gifts but not quite ready to step forward.
She's been performing and facilitating for well over a decade—aerial arts, fire dance, ritual performance at festivals across the world. She's led transformational workshops, created embodiment experiences, and held space for hundreds of women to step into their power.
But it wasn't always easy. She's navigated her own journey from playing small to performing on big stages, from self-doubt to confident expression, from giving her energy away to stepping fully into her leadership.
As the founder of Higher Flow and creator of MAGNETIC for embodied feminine leaders, Renée has guided hundreds of women to move from disconnection and people-pleasing to embodied, confident expression of their sacred work.
She's the co-creator of Sovereign Goddess Gathering—a 4-day festival in Lake Tahoe that brought together 300+ women for embodiment, performance, and celebration. She's also trained in the Temple Body Arts lineage (500+ hours), diving deep into the feminine mysteries & cycles, womb wisdom, and living your artistry that influences her transformational work.
Five years ago, Lake Atitlan called her home. The volcanic energy and sacral chakra frequency of this sacred place have become the foundation for her deepest work. She lives here now, deeply connected to the land, the community, and the magic that transforms everyone who arrives.

Five years ago, I was barely surviving.
Sciatic pain so intense I could barely walk. Anxiety keeping me up at night. A relationship that wasn't a full "fuck yes." Giving my energy away to everyone else's dreams while my own stayed dormant.
I knew I was meant for more, but I didn't know how to get there.
So I did the scariest thing I'd ever done: I booked a one-way flight to Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
The moment I arrived, everything changed.
This lake—connected to the sacral chakra, surrounded by active volcanoes, pulsing with feminine creative energy—began transforming me from the inside out.
The volcanic fire mirrored the power I was finally ready to reclaim.
The sacred waters reflected back the sensuality I'd been suppressing.
The land itself gave me permission to stop hiding and start expressing.
Lake Atitlan didn't just heal me. It awakened me.

HOW TO GET HERE:
Step 1: Fly into Guatemala City Airport (GUA)
Step 2: Take a private or shared shuttle to San Marcos La Laguna (~3-4 hours) - I'll connect you with my trusted woman-owned shuttle company
Step 3: Short tuk-tuk ride + 5-minute hike up to Eagle's Nest (staff will help carry luggage!)
Detailed travel instructions, shuttle coordination, and arrival support provided after booking.
Tip: Many women arrive a day early or stay a few days after to explore the lake—I can help arrange extended stays at reduced rates!

QUESTIONS:
Q: I'm nervous about traveling to Guatemala. Is it safe?
A: Lake Atitlan, and especially San Marcos La Laguna, is a spiritual haven where conscious travelers from around the world gather. I've personally chosen to make this my home because of its magical energy, welcoming community, and safe environment. I'll provide detailed travel instructions, shuttle coordination, and support every step of the way. You'll also be staying at Eagle's Nest, a well-established retreat center with experienced staff.
Q: I've never performed or facilitated publicly before. Will I be expected to share?
A: You'll have the opportunity to share at Friday's Open Mic and Saturday's Celebration Event, but there's zero pressure. Some women perform, some facilitate a short practice, some simply participate in collaborative creation. The week is designed to help you prepare and practice in a safe container with sisters cheering you on. You'll only share what feels aligned.
Q: What if I'm not comfortable with sensuality?
A: All practices are invitation-based and honor your boundaries. The work focuses on reclaiming your relationship with your own body, creativity, and life force energy—not performative. You're always invited to participate at whatever depth feels right for you.
Q: Do I need to be in perfect physical shape to participate?
A: Absolutely not! All activities are adaptable to different body types, ages, and physical abilities. This retreat is about connecting with and honoring your body exactly as it is, not achieving some external standard. Movement practices can be modified, and you're encouraged to listen to your body's wisdom.
Q: How do I know if I'm "ready" for this intensive?
A: If you're feeling the call, you're ready. The fact that you're here reading this means something in you recognizes this opportunity. You don't need to be an expert facilitator or advanced practitioner—you just need to be willing to both receive transformation AND step forward to share your gifts, even imperfectly.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another woman if you're unable to attend. Full payment is due by April 3, 2026. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Q: I have dietary restrictions. Can these be accommodated?
A: Absolutely! We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most dietary needs. You'll receive a form after booking to share your requirements, and Eagle's Nest chefs will ensure you're well-nourished throughout your stay.
