Renee Guay is the founder of Higher Flow - a platform for transformative experiences, embodied expression, and meaningful connection.
For more than a decade, Renee has created and led retreats, festivals, workshops, artist residencies, private gatherings, movement experiences, and transformational programs. She is known for bringing a rare combination of big-picture vision and grounded execution: shaping the concept, building the team, designing the guest journey, facilitating the room, and stepping into the experience herself as a DJ, movement guide, and performance artist.
Her work lives at the intersection of embodiment, music, ritual, sensuality, play, creativity, and community. Whether she is producing a multi-day retreat, leading a room through movement, creating a performance moment, or collaborating with a visionary on an immersive event, Renee designs experiences that help people feel more alive, connected, expressed, and present.
Through Higher Flow, Renee creates her own retreats, programs, gatherings, and movement experiences for women and conscious communities. She also collaborates with brands, producers, entrepreneurs, artists, healers, and community builders to bring ambitious experiences to life - from the earliest spark of an idea through the final detail.
Renee’s foundation in yoga, embodiment, outdoor leadership, ritual arts, and experiential education informs the way she creates: with beauty, intention, humor, warmth, high standards, and a deep respect for the people in the room.
She holds a BA in Outdoor Adventure Leadership and Entrepreneurship, is a certified yoga teacher, a Temple Body Arts lineage graduate, and a longtime movement educator and performing artist. Her work has taken her around the world and supported thousands of people in reconnecting with their bodies, confidence, creativity, and capacity for joy.
