Photography Exchange Agreement

Wild Awakening 2026

This is a warm and simple agreement between Renée Guay (Higher Flow) and Malea Sue Strack to ensure we are both clear, protected and set up for a beautiful collaboration. Please read carefully and complete all fields below.

THE RETREAT Wild Awakening Retreat Dates: May 3–10, 2026 Location: Maestro Valley, San Marcos, Lake Atitlán, Guatemala Facilitator: Renée Guay | Higher Flow

THE EXCHANGE

In exchange for photography services throughout the retreat, Malea Sue Strack will receive:

  • Shared pyramid room accommodation at Maestro Valley for the full duration of the retreat (May 3–10, 2026)

  • Three gourmet organic meals daily provided by Maestro Valley

  • Full participation in the retreat experience including all ceremonies, workshops and events

PHOTOGRAPHY DELIVERABLES

Malea Sue Strack agrees to:

  • Be present for and capture the following key moments:

    • Opening ceremony (May 3rd)

    • Closing ceremony (May 10th)

    • Wild Awakening Celebration Event (Saturday May 9th, 4–8pm) — this is a priority

    • A wide variety of Renée's offerings and facilitation sessions

    • Other facilitators and teachers throughout the week to reflect the collaborative and co-creative nature of the retreat

    • Candid sisterhood moments — connection, laughter, emotion, presence

    • A broad variety of moments that show the full breadth and spirit of the retreat experience

  • Capture in a natural, intuitive and documentary style

  • Malea is not required to be present for Eagles Nest offerings or every single session and may come and go with flexibility as needed to tend to personal commitments

PHOTO DELIVERY

  • Approximately 150 edited photos delivered in high-resolution JPEG format

  • Delivered by the beginning of June 2026

  • Shared digitally online or in person in Pasajcap — whatever works best for both parties

CREDIT & USAGE

  • Renée Guay / Higher Flow may use all delivered photos for personal and business purposes including social media, website, promotional materials and future retreat marketing

  • When sharing photos publicly online, Renée agrees to tag and credit the photographer: @suephotoart

MUTUAL COMMITMENTS

  • Malea Sue Strack commits to showing up for the retreat on May 3rd and fulfilling the photography agreement as outlined above

  • Renée commits to covering accommodation and meals as outlined above

  • Both parties agree to communicate openly if any circumstances change

CANCELLATION

If Malea Sue Strack is unable to attend after this agreement is signed, Renée reserves the right to charge for accommodation and food costs already paid to the venue on her behalf.

CLOSING

This agreement is based on mutual trust, respect and a shared intention to support each other and the retreat. We are both committed to co-creating something truly beautiful together.
