Single Foot Lock w/ Split Fabric Progression

You were born with wings! This aerial fabric basics intensive is designed to build from the ground up. We will get you upside down and flying while building strength and flexibility. Starting with the fundamentals, you will learn sling/knot work, foot locks, and climbs. As the newcomer progresses she/he will learn simple poses and tricks, eventually putting these building blocks together into a beautiful and fluid movement of expression.

In each session we will be focusing on specific concentrations to guide you through your journey in aerial fabric. All students must be able to complete each of our required concentrations to be able to attend our aerial fabric level 1 class.

NO prior experience necessary, ALL students welcome!
